All companies of the Group progressively are incorporated into the process of identifying needs and the planned execution of appropriate educational contents and the exchange of good practice.
The Code of Conduct is an integral part of the conditions of employment in all companies of the Group.
Managers at all levels are responsible for the distribution of rules and the control of their compliance in practice, which is why in educational workshops which are being organized in some companies, we primarily train leaders who with their knowledge and behaviour shall be role models for other employees.
Stanic Group established foundation "Jedni za druge" in late 2014. Goals of foundation are help for employees and their families in matter of: social and health protection, financial support for socially threatened, help of any kind in case of illness, scolarships and forms of funding in educational purposes as well as support for young employees which are showing ambition and potential for advanced specializations.
